When you rent the space, you get a code that allows you into the space for the number of hours you have purchased.

 

Yes, you can rent rooms 24 hours a day, so if you're a night owl, it's open to use. 

​

Yes, you can share a code now. You can come together as a group to buy blocks of hours and use them, making the overall purchase cheaper. One person will need to assume responsibility for the code/group, but you can absolutely share. 

​

Rental time must include setup and cleanup. You may not use the space and walk out without some cleaning or it will be done for you and 30 min subtracted from your time. Please be courteous.

Xanadu sometimes permits use of the building to support community. 

This is an expensive loss to the space, but we try to allow a few requests to help where we are able.

BUILDING

​

$50/hour (either room)

$450 for 10 hours of time, used however you like for either room (doesn't expire)

$800 for 20 hours of time, used however you like for either room (doesn't expire)

$400 Both rooms for a half day (5 hours)

$750 Building use (event) for a full day (10 hours)

SHOP

​

$150 / day (half shop 15' x 15' - tools separate)

$300 / day (whole shop 30' x 15'  - tools separate)

$600 / week (half shop - tools separate)

$750 / week (whole shop - tools separate)

STUDIO or MAKER SPACE

​

$500 a month for a space in our creative studio room (Conclave)

$500 a month for a space in our lower shop

Both come with access to the main building for various uses, permit running classes to make an income, selling out of the upcoming store, and weekend market. 24 hour a day private access.

GoX Tropical Dome 

​

$100/hour for the GoX Tropical Dome (special permission required).

​

Solariums and grounds are often available to groups for free. For gatherings.
