We are excited to have designed and are seeking exploratory permitting for a new coffee shop.
The previous coffee trailer was quite popular and successful, so this next evolution will be a more robust and easily managed space, with better growth potential. Funding dependent. More to come!

Vision
Building a coffee shop space will continue the success from the trailer we had. 250+ units going next door and no nearby coffee spaces will greatly enhance success. GoX and Conclave own the land and building, so the build is almost entirely an asset without debt. We are ideally located moments from downtown, the connector, and Garden City. These factors come together to permit us a path to great success.
