Coffee shop

I know! So many of you were disappointed when we closed Constellation and sold the trailer. Well, we feel that a more permanent brick and mortar space is a better move. Assuming we can fund at some point, we will be building a small coffee space. This will allow us to hire a few people to run and specialize. Placement will be better than where we had the trailer. We are currently working on the permit requirements and seeking methods by which to fund building it. Might be a while, but that's the plan.

I know many people are unsure about the condo development breaking ground in April. 200+ units. While there is still a lot of uncertainty around parking, this is a fantastic opportunity to put in a permanent coffee shop and use the solarium to sell creative items, have consultations around jobs (trade work), and showcase our gardens and bio dome. The income from the shop will be an enormous boon and and we now have the experience to easily get it going.
